Kristin J. Arnold, MBA, CMC, CPF, CSP is passionate about making your meetings more engaging, interactive and collaborative.
As a high stakes meeting facilitator, trainer and keynote speaker, Kristin has worked with thousands of senior executives, project managers and team leaders in Canada and the USA, challenging their traditional notions about teamwork. She is known for her concrete approach to teamwork and a treasure trove of practical concepts, tools and techniques her clients can apply immediately to see positive, substantive results.

Featured in numerous publications such as Harvard Business Update, USA Today, Selling Power, Kristin knows what it takes to lead, facilitate and participate on high performing teams. She currently serves on the National Board of Directors for the National Speakers Association of the United States and will be the National President in 2010. She also served as President of the Downtown Hampton (Virginia) Development Partnership (2001-2), a nonprofit business organization attributed to turning Downtown Hampton from a quaint, sleepy town to a thriving entertainment, retail and residential center.
Prior to founding QPC, Kristin was one of the first female graduates of the United States Coast Guard Academy and the first woman stationed onboard the USCGC Buttonwood, a sea-going buoy tender. She parlayed her understanding of teams and teamwork with an MBA in Marketing Strategy into a specialized management consulting firm focused on building extraordinary teams in the workplace.
Kristin is on the Executive Development Faculty in the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, specializing in Leadership Through Teambuilding.

Joseph Sherren, CSP, HoF, the dynamic President of Ethos Enterprises Inc., and the newly formed Gateway Leadership Inc., based on Prince Edward Island, believes that success depends on maintaining a positive attitude, setting goals and working toward them with unbending determination. Joe has achieved his CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), the highest international designation available in the speaking industry, and has been inducted to the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame. He is on the Executive Development Faculty in the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, and was the Program Director for the 2004 Schulich Executive Program. He is the Past President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, a member of the National Speakers Association (U.S.) and the 2007/2008 President of the International Federation for Professional Speakers. Joe is also a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association and has been included in the "International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs" publication. Joe is a certified facilitator in advanced assessment tools that assist people in determining their thinking styles, personality preferences and management effectiveness.
Since 1974 he has trained thousands of executives, leaders, and professionals. Some clients include: BDO (Canada and Australia), Scotiabank, UBS Wealth Management, IBM, University Health Network, Easter Seal Society, ING Bank of Canada, Lexmark, Allied Beauty Association, Universal Studios, Canadian MicroAge Network, Financial Models, as well as various Government Ministries and Agencies.
From a modest beginning as one of 10 children on a farm in PEI, Joe progressed through a 25 year career with an international corporation where he held senior management positions in marketing, human resources, distribution and customer service. Joe has received numerous awards for achievements in people management, project leadership, customer relations and education. He has been a regularly featured speaker in management and marketing schools in Canada, the USA, Switzerland, Latin America and Australia.
Joe is known as a tireless worker and leader, with a passion for fairness and a reputation for getting things done. He has been actively involved and has held executive positions with various service clubs, volunteer organizations and citizen's groups. Joe ran for political office in the 1993 Federal Election, has owned a successful retail clothing business and was an award winning realtor.
Joe is co-author of Vitamin C for a Healthy Workplace along with his associate Luke DeSadeleer. The book is designed to help organizations create a constructive workplace and enhance employee performance.
Joe now splits his time between his homes in PEI and Arizona. His favorite pastimes are music, horses, relaxing with his three children and two grandchildren, and he's also written a book on genealogy.
