“Help, I’m a facilitator!’
“Now what do I do?”
“Where do I start?”
Those are good questions, and we have some very good answers in
this Extraordinary Team facilitator Workshop.
This workshop will provide you with the skills and knowledge to
facilitate any team meeting. To help you on your road to learning
basic facilitation skills, we’ll examine the:
- various types of teams
- stages of team development
- many rolls that team members need to play
- various tools used for activities such as
problem solving and decision-making
- team building exercises that help build the
team
We’ll explore the Do’s and Don’ts
of facilitator behavior, how to help the team with planning, decision-making,
group dynamics and interpersonal relationships. |
